When I’m entrusted with the responsibility of ensuring our customers come first, I’m driven to achieve the very best outcomes.

I love the flexibility of real estate; every property is different. My role is to help our team and our customers transition through a myriad of courses to achieve the smoothest outcome.

When I’m not working in real estate, I love my time with my family being a Mum and wife.

Passionate about great customer service, Nicola is on a mission to dispel the myth that dealing with real estate agents or property managers is a difficult thing. She doesn’t subscribe to this and the industry recognises her endeavours with numerous awards over the years.

In a prior lifetime Nicola worked with Whitbread Brewery in the UK. Hospitality and dealing with customers is in Nicola’s blood. When the company sold, Nicola moved to Australia – and to our benefit.
